Shipping & Returns
How do you ship my order and how much will it cost?
We ship all orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service with tracking and insurance.
We charge a 15$ flat rate for regular shipping and 22$ for express shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you right away. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to the Canada Post website where you can track your order.
Do you accept returns?
We will gladly accept returns of defective products within 14 days of your order. You must contact us and we will determine if you should return the defective item or simply receive a store credit. If an item is to be returned it must be sent by Canada Post with tracking and insurance.
When we receive your item(s) a store credit will be issued that you can use towards future purchases. If the item you are returning is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
